
Ingredients:
3 Cups diced or balled seedless watermelon
2 Ripe Mango or Peaches Sliced
1 Cup Blueberries
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 bunches watercress, tough stems removed and coarsely chopped
Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
Wash and coarsely chop watercress
Combine watercress with all ingredients and top with drizzles of balsamic vinegar to taste
