Crispy Baked Buffalo Tofu -Vegan, Gluten free, dairy free, oil free

Ingredients: 

1 Package Extra Firm Tofu – Pressed and cut into cubes

Ziploc Bag –

½ Cup Brown Rice Flour

2 tbsp Cornstarch

Bowl 1 –

1 Cup Unsweetened Plant Milk

½ tsp Liquid Smoke

Bowl 2

1 Cup Gluten Free Breadcrumbs

½ tsp Garlic Powder

½ Tsp Chili Powder

½ tsp Onion Powder

Sauce

½ cup Buffalo Sauce – Franks Red Hot

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Dice the pressed tofu into cubes

Combine Ingredients for bag and bowls.  Shake tofu in bag first and then dip each piece into remaining 2 bowls.  Place pieces onto parchment lined baking sheet

Place into the oven and cook for 20 minutes,  then flip and cook for another 10 minutes until lightly browed

Once the tofu pieces are done cooking,  lightly toss them in the buffalo sauce and serve immediately.
