Millet Instant Pot Porridge

1 cup millet

2 cups water

I honeycrisp apple diced (with skin)

2 Tbsp pure maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp cinnamon

plant based milk

Optional toppings – nuts, fruit, raisins, cranberries

Put Millet, water, apple, cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla into instant pot. Set to 10 minutes or use rice setting if available. Allow steam to self release for approximately 10 minutes. Place into bowls, add desired plant based milk and enjoy warm!

This is best in your jammies on a cool crisp fall morning 😊
