This word alone sounds negative. How about I change that to lifestyle? Now there is a positive that I can stand behind.
This post comes after a conversation I had a couple days ago. During a discussion about a change to diet, it was followed by… “I will only do it for about 90 days and then come off of it”. ——- I am a former professional yo yo dieter and can relate to this comment so much. I went on my first diet when I was just 13 years old and it created a pattern that I would follow for the next 35 years.
Please let me just ask this question – If you must stop what your doing for the purpose of health, do you really feel like this is the right direction to be going?
IF at anytime, you find yourself restricting several specifically nutrient-dense fruits, whole grains, vegetable and legumes, you may fail to provide your body with recommended amounts of vitamins and minerals. A study that evaluated the nutrient composition of common diets revealed that very low carb eating patterns provided sufficient amounts for only 12 of the 27 vitamins and minerals your body needs to obtain from food. Overtime, this may lead to nutrient deficiencies.
Do you want to finally live a lifestyle that you no longer need a break from? A lifestyle that can have you feeling better then ever before? There is one lifestyle that has been proven to benefit those struggling with many different lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, pancreatitis, high blood pressure, inflammation – just to name a few. It does not matter what age you begin, you can feel your best. I invite you to send me a PM and set up a free consultation. I would love to talk to you. This could be the very best decision of your life.
