Easy Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Gluten Free Oats

• 1 Ripe banana

• 1/2 to 2/3 Cup Plant Milk – based on desired consistency

Using a food processor

Grind oats slightly into a flour and then toss in banana and milk and mix for about 30 seconds or until blended.

Cook as desired and add any toppings of choice.
