RASPBERRY LIME VINAIGRETTE

Raspberry Lime Vinaigrette – sweet and tangy
- balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can even add 2 tablespoons Veganaise at the end of the process for creaminess, if you would like, and pulse just a couple times
