RASPBERRY LIME VINAIGRETTE

Raspberry Lime Vinaigrette – sweet and tangy

  • balsamic vinegar
  •  2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  •  1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  •  Juice of 1 Lime
  •  1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
  •  1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  You can even add 2 tablespoons Veganaise at the end of the process for creaminess, if you would like, and pulse just a couple times
