Chickpea Fruit and Nut Sandwich

Chickpeas – Fruits and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons of Vegenaise
  • ½ cup of chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup of raisins
  • ¼ cup of Red Grapes Halved
  • salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Drain the chickpeas free of liquid and pour into a mixing bowl.

Slightly mash some of the chickpeas, leaving some big chunks  

Mix in 2 tablespoons of vegenaise and mash together. 

Add walnuts, raisins, and grapes. 

Stir and add salt and pepper to taste.
