Saturday – Dragon Fruit – YES

Today started off with a 10K run outside and what a beautiful morning it was. We had a little bit of rain last night here in Arizona, so the morning was slightly cooler then most in July. I have been training to hopefully run my first full Marathon in the late fall or early winter months (which are some of the most amazing times here to be outdoors).

Of course, here at my house the food we eat is very high priority for us. I took today to really nourish my body with some amazing dragon fruit, some mango (my favorite) and a nice green salad with some vegan lemon poppy seed dressing (you can find this recipe located among my few other posts). Please keep in mind that I am very new to all this website stuff and will stumble around a bit before I find the best way of doing things. Youtube is my best friend right now LOL.
