Have you ever considered a salad for breakfast? If you said no, you are not alone. Did you know that 97% of the US population is deficient in Fiber? Adding more fruits and veggies to your meals is a great way to keep you in the top 3% that have a heathy fiber rich diet. Today, I chose some mixed greens including baby arugula and baby spinach along with sliced strawberries and banana (yes, you read that right). I topped it off with some flax, chia and fresh grated turmeric and a strawberry balsamic reduction!
